This dog made this kitten feel so at home.
TikTok account holder @Katiefraime49 adopted a beautiful little orange kitten who was terrified of her Golden Retriever, Dakota. The kitten, who she named Rio, was doing typical kitten things, arching her little back, hissing, the usual. Poor Dakota just watched from behind a gate, waiting for his chance.

This is just so dear! All it took was for this pup to lie quietly next to the kitten for her to start to relax enough to trust him. So sweet! @Lindyk1960 comments, “They are so cute. I’m glad they are besties now.” @Myra adds, “Animals are so precious.”

It just goes to show that when you think things will turn out one way, they can just as easily go the other. Katie thought it would take months for this kitten to warm up to the dog and voila! Best friends in a week and new superstar cuddle bunnies of TikTok!
